Wheeler County Records Requests

Wheeler County Visitation Records
Visitation rules depend on the holding facility. NORCOR uses a video-first model through Telmate/GettingOut. Its lobby is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and there is no administration staff on weekends or holidays.
